The Iron Ring is a guild based in Feltrest. However their operations take them all over the world. They are primarily merchants that deal in slaves. They tend to attract alot of thieves and rogues and form the equivalent of thieves guilds in many cities. As thieves, brigands and pirates they often take captives and sell them into slavery. They are said to be lead by a circle of wizards who use the money they generate to conduct various research and seek out powerful artifacts. During the Great War it was widely believed that one of the Circle of Seven had taken control of the Iron Ring and used them for her own fiendish purposes and they became very powerful. In modern times they are still quite dangerous, but are generally kept in check by other guilds and the governments.
