Sebastian is a procurer and dealer of rare and ancient items. Both magical and mundane. He has been known to deal with both wealthy nobles and shady merchants, and feels comfortable with and is welcome by both. He is accompanied by his lover and body guard, Sun-Ye, who is a master at knife fighting. Together, with his knowledge, and her skills, they have been on many adventures and unearthed many artifacts. At heart he is a true treasure hunter, he always has some sort of map, or story that he believes will lead him to the next big find. Sometimes, when left to his own, he can be observed stairing off into nothing, or into a campfire, and has a haunted look on his face, as if something from his past troubles him.
Sun-Ye is sahudese (asian for those of you that don't know what that is, or more correctly, crazy wacky asian usualy), but unlike most of her countrymen, she's not totaly insane. She's short, with long straight black hair. She tends to be quiet a lot of the time, and unlike sebastian, isn't as good at hiding her feelings. She's a master knife fighter, both melee and throwing. She has a pair of long wavy black metal daggers with ivory handles, as well as many many other daggers all over her body. She wears a suit of very fine mitheral chain mail. When trying to hide, she has a black sneak suit she can where over it when she needs to. She is Sebastian's lover, and body guard, and tends to be very over protective of him. Sometimes they can be heard to be fighting about her over protectiveness, and all she says is that she "wont let it happen again". She sometimes can get fiercly jelous of women hitting on him. She's not too bad to look at, but has a tendancy to rub people the wrong way with her brusqueness. She tends to not be too social, and prefers the company of close friends, including her wolf animal companion.

When younger, Sebastian and his brother Alexander were inseparable.
Together the Trokair boys wreaked all kinds of havoc and chaos, but always
in good fun, and no real harm every came to anyone. As they both got
older, things started to get a little strained. Being fraternal twins,
neither was the older and therefore the obvious leader of the group.
Both thought they should be in charge, and they would get into many
fights over it. At the age of 17 they met up with a talented knife
fighter by the name of Sun-Ye. While all three of them became fast friends
in the beginning, Sebastian soon started to develop deeper feelings for
the Sahudease woman, and her for him as well. The three of them went on many
adventures and found many things. But over time, Alexander started to
have his doubts about Sun-Ye, he felt that she was leading Sebastian
down a darker road. On their 18th birthday,
their father had a surprise waiting for the two of them at home. But
before they went home, Alexander finally confronted Sebastian, telling
him what he thought of Sun-Ye. Feeling that his brother was just
jealous, Sebastian got mad, and they got into a huge fight. One so big,
that it broke up the duo once and for all, and they both went their
separate ways. When Alexander got home, his father presented him with a gift,
a master crafted admantium chain shirt with the family crest on it,
and master crafted fiendish green steel rapier. There was a set for
Sebastian as well, but he never came home that day. In fact he didn't
come home for many years, and so his coming of age present waited for him
for a long time.
During this time, Sebastian and Sun-Ye had many adventures. Alexander
was right though, Sun-Ye had awaken something in him, a dark greed.
Sebastian started to take jobs from people, not caring who they were or what
they wanted him to find for them, just caring about the money and
adventure. Then one day a mage asked him to find him an item that would
help him summon up and control elementals. After many struggles and false
leads, Sebastian finally found it and delivered it to the mage. The
mage then proceeded to test the item by summoning an ancient earth elemental,
and told it to destroy a nearby village. This was when it finally hit
them, that their actions had consequences and that powerful items in the
wrong hands could do a lot of harm. To try and put things right and
make up for their wrong, Sebastian and Sun-Ye tried to stop the
elemental, but were no match for the fearsome beast. The elemental succeeded in
destroying the village, and mortally wounded
Sebastian when he tried to stop it. Laying on the ground in
Sun-Ye's arms, bleeding to death from a large gash on his face and chest, he
made a vow to any of the gods of good that were listening. He promised
that if allowed to live, he would fight as hard as he could to make
sure that nothing like this happened again, and would try and atone for
what he had done. It just so happened that as he was finishing his
promise to the gods, his brother Alexander showed up.
During the time that Sebastian was being consumed by greed, Alexander
had joined a guild of people called the Harpers. Their goal was to keep
peace throughout the land. And to do so they had to go into
the field and try and stop someone from doing something evil. They had
gotten wind of the mage wanting to be able to summon and control
elementals, and had sent Alexander to stop him. But when he got there
it was too late. He was shocked to find out that his brother had
something to do with it, but had heard his brothers vow, and knew his words
to be true. He used the last healing potion he had on him to save his
brother's life, feeling that his brother could accomplish his goal by
joining the harpers.
Most of the Harper grand counsel was't sure it was a good idea,
seeing that we was directly involved in such a horrible thing as the
village being destroyed. But one of the wise old members saw something in
him, and felt that it would be a good idea. The others trusted the old
ones judgment, and agreed to take him among his ranks, but there was a
condition, that he must first pass a test. The test was to find a
fabled book of bardic knowledge. It was kind of meant to be a fools errand,
most of the counsel felt that the book couldn't be found, and that
it probably didn't exist. But Sebastian proved them wrong, and found
the book. When the counsel demanded that he hand over the book, he
refused. Saying that was never part of the agreement, that all he was
tasked with doing was finding it, not to find it and give it to them. The
old one laughed. And pointed out that Sebastian was right. He had
found the book, and therefore he should be the
one to keep it.
Thus Sebastian and Alexander were once again united.
